  4. The last few days, I've been short on sleep, but I've been doing the nap thing in my car during lunch at work. I've gotten by on 4-5 hours of sleep the last few nights, and I don't really feel tired... I guess it helps.

  5. I'm going to try that afternoon nap to see if it helps. I've been relying too much on coffee.
